Tory leadership: Liam Fox praises Rishi Sunak's plans to cut taxes

Dr Liam Fox, a Conservative MP who has declared support for Rishi Sunak in the Tory leadership race, says the second of three televised debates was "quite tame".

However, he told Sky News he thought Mr Sunak performed "extremely well", praising his plans to cut taxes.
