US President Joe Biden has declared an emergency over tornadoes that tore through several towns in the southern state of Mississippi. 25 people have been confirmed dead so far - with dozens more injured or missing. The twisters flattened entire neighborhoods and downed trees and powerlines. Forecasters are predicting more severe weather in the region.
