Top US general: Yes, I called China — here's why (Full show)

General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, faced a bevy of tough questions by US senators on Tuesday about his tenure as top US general and especially the war in Afghanistan and the US withdrawal. One such question, posed by Tim Kaine (D-Virginia) was whether “we really think we can change the culture of another nation.” RT America’s Faran Fronczak joins Rick Sanchez to discuss the details.
