China to NATO: why should we listen to you? (Full Show)

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg is urging Beijing to join NATO-led talks on missile restriction. He complains that China is increasing its nuclear capability at a breakneck pace and “without any limitation or constraint.” While still dwarfed by the arsenals of US and Russia, China has responded with bluster and pointed out NATO's hypocrisy and double standards on nuclear proliferation.
