FULL SHOW: Turkey to expel western diplomats; NATO future hangs in balance

A major player in NATO may be moving towards getting out of the US-led military alliance. Turkey has had a strained relationship with some of its counterparts in the bloc from the beginning, but recent actions by the country may have brought it closer to walking out of NATO’s door. RT’s Alex Mihailovich has the story. (1:04) Then, former Pentagon official Michael Maloof and NYT bestselling author and President of the Schlafly Eagles Ed Martin join a panel to discuss. (5:04) New documents from Facebook employees show internal frustrations stemming from the events of January 6th. The internal memos show the platform didn’t invest in key safety protocols in the company’s largest market. A move that echoes the message from Facebook employee-turned whistleblower-Frances Haugen and the controversy surrounding what constitutes hate speech and whether to remove it from the platform. RT America’s Trinity Chavez has more. (11:30) Colombia’s most-wanted drug baron was caught in a military operation over the weekend. Dairo Usugua, better known by his alias Otoniel, is accused of heading a cartel responsible for manufacturing hundreds of tons of cocaine each year. Much of this was exported to the US. The Colombian government announced that Usugua will be extradited to the United States to face charges. This is the most high profile capture since the fall of the notorious Pablo Escobar in the nineties. Professor Camilo Tamayo Gomez, a Professor of Criminology at the University of Huddersfield and an expert on the Colombian drug trade weighs in. (14:35)
