Labour's Lucy Powell says 'strike action is a sign of failure'. Schools across England are facing widespread disruption today as teachers hold their second strike this week. The Shadow Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, says it 'has to be negotiated by the government' to reduce the 'damage of missing education'.
