Taliban seizes more Afghan territory, capturing parts of Kunduz

Taliban fighters have seized key government buildings in the strategic northeastern city of Kunduz. The Taliban offensive has gained momentum in recent days, as U.S. troops continue to withdraw from Afghanistan.
