Sudan war: Sky News meets the most vulnerable victims of the conflict

A brutal war has gripped Sudan for more than 300 days, creating what UNICEF says is the world's "largest child displacement crisis", with over 2.1 million under the age of five.

Amongst them are those who need extra care, but have been forced from their homes due to conflict.

Sky News has travelled to an orphanage in the city of Kassala, where some of the country's most vulnerable people are sheltering.
