Storm Babet: Residents in Brechin, in east Scotland, ordered to evacuate as rain intensifies

350 residents in the town of Brechin in Angus have been told to evacuate as Storm Babet batters Scotland.

The strong winds are expected to bring life-threatening rain in the area, with flood defences likely to be breached in the next 24 hours.
