Starmer confident new energy plans will lower people's bills in short term

Sir Keir Starmer says he's confident the government's new GB Energy scheme will bring bills down as he hailed an "historic partnership" with the Crown Estate.

In reply to a question by Sky's Tom Clarke, the prime minister said the partnership with the King's property company will give private investors "confidence".
