Spanish tanks and soldiers are protecting the beaches of Ceuta after thousands of migrants crossed from Morocco into the Spanish enclave this week.
The bolstered security followed rioting in a Moroccan border town on Wednesday as police there tried to block hundreds of migrants from crossing to Ceuta to claim asylum.
