A rising number of coronavirus cases in South Korea is forcing many communities to cancel vital tourism events.
One of these is the ice festival in Hwacheon County, near the border with North Korea.

But this year there is to be no festival, and the town is left to figure out what to do with its fish.

Al Jazeera’s Rob McBride reports from Hwacheon County, South Korea.
