Sir Keir Starmer has pledged to create more jobs, and lower household bills, as part of a major speech outlining Labour's green energy strategy.

Sir Keir has said Labour would lift the onshore wind ban in the first months after coming into power.

It would ensure that communities benefit from the energy infrastructure they host and there will be no new North Sea Oil licences issued.
