Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has delivered a speech in Scotland setting out Labour's plans for green energy, including a publicly owned company, GB Energy.

Sky's Tamara Cohen puts to him that the unions which back Labour say his energy policy is "a ban without a plan".

He replies that Labour is "not turning off the taps" on oil and gas, that they "will be part of the taps for many years", and he won't be "revoking any licences".
