Service Canada offices across the country have seen long lineups as people look to travel once again or to obtain documentation, but the latest delay comes from requesting Social Insurance Numbers or SIN cards.
Part of the delay is seasonal as foreign students arrive and require SIN cards in order to study, but regardless of the reason, the wait times are tough especially when people are stuck outside in the rain and heat.
Sean O'Shea went out to speak with those waiting to find out what they're lining up for, why they're doing so for hours and if any changes could come soon.
