Ukrainian residents marched through the streets of Kyiv on Saturday in a show of unity as tensions continue to mount with Russia, with several NATO countries ordering residents to leave the country immediately.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who attended police drills taking place in the southern Kherson region, warned a Russia attack could happen at any time, but pushed back what he called excessive amounts of information about a major looming war.
Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, meanwhile, in an address asked people not to panic, stressing they must not "play into the enemy's hands." He also said their army was "ready" and "strong."
