Russia is accusing Ukraine of shooting down a military plane. The plane came down near the city of Belgorod in southern Russia. The Kremlin says the aircraft had 74 people on board, including 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war. But Kyiv says it was carrying weapons. The Ukrainian President has called for full clarity on the circumstances of the crash.

Al Jazeera’s Rob McBride reports from Kyiv.
