Twenty-eight people are feared dead in a plane crash in Russia's far east.
The plane lost contact with air traffic control and failed to land as scheduled on the Kamchatka peninsula.
Antonov An-26 planes, manufactured until 1986, have been involved in several accidents in recent years.
