Royal aide resigns after racist comments to guest at Buckingham Palace

A former lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth resigned after she made racist comments to a Black guest at Buckingham Palace, overshadowing Prince William and Kate's first tour of the U.S. in eight years.

This is the latest incident involving accusations of racism against the royal household, following last year’s allegations of institutional racism raised by Meghan Markle.
