Toronto Mayor John Tory is facing questions this week after some of the attention in the Rogers family feud shifted to him, given his position as a long-standing advisory member of the family trust that controls the company.

A possible conflict of interest has been raised given his role on the board and as mayor of a city, as well as the fact he potentially holds a deciding vote in the future of Edward Rogers.

Tory says he has abided by the law every day, but as Shallima Maharaj reports, some say the role in the trust is still a conflict.
