Democratic Senators, including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, are expected to gather on the Senate steps on Tuesday to speak about the U.S. Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade draft leak.

On Monday evening, a report leaked a draft opinion that suggests the high court would overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade case, which legalized abortion nationwide in the U.S.

The decision to overrule the case could lead to abortion bans in roughly half of the United States and could have huge ramifications for this year’s U.S. elections.

However, the draft is not the court’s final decision, as opinions can change in the process of drafting a ruling.
