Retired priest charged with indecent assault of Manitoba residential school student

Father Arthur Masse, a 92-year-old retired priest, has been charged with indecent assault in connection with a decade-long investigation of a sexual assault on a 10-year-old girl at a Manitoba residential school. The alleged assault occurred between 1968 and 1970, police said.
