Human rights group Amnesty International says war crimes have become widespread in Sudan, amid violent clashes between the army and the country's main paramilitary group. A new report found thousands of civilians have been killed or injured since fighting broke out in April. It says there have been deliberate attacks on neighborhoods, hospitals and churches, and scores of women have been subjected to sexual violence. Amnesty is calling for soldiers and commanders to be held criminally responsible.
