Renters have been 'treated incredibly badly' by the government, says campaigner

Tom Darling, the campaign manager for the Renters Reform Coalition has told Sky News renters "were first promised reform of the private rented sector and an end to no-fault evictions in 2019 by Theresa May's government. Four years into this parliament, we had nothing".

Mr Darling says "renters have been treated incredibly badly by this government" and describes his personal experience, saying he is 27 and has been in seven properties in the last seven years.
