Rail strikes: ASLEF industrial action is 'political' - Transport Sec

Transport Secretary Mark Harper has told Sky News that the ASLEF union has held a "political strike", as they walk out on the weekend of the Tory party conference.

More train journeys are set to be affected by industrial action causing delays and cancellations across the network into October.
