'Most people in the rail industry haven't had a pay rise in three years,' says Aslef General Sec

General Secretary of Aslef train drivers' union Mick Whelan said most people working in the rail industry haven't seen a pay rise in "three years".

He also said that rather than boosting the wages of workers internally, transport companies are handing money over to shareholders.
