Rail Strike: 'We are past the point of no return'

Kevin Groves, head of media relations at Network Rail, says the chances of the dispute being resolved are becoming smaller.

He also confirmed that even if there was a breakthrough, "we are beyond the point of no return" for services tomorrow, when 50% of the network will be closed.
