Rail strike: 'Ministers need to show leadership'

The Shadow Transport Secretary has said planned rail strikes "represent catastrophic lack of leadership" and has urged the government to resolve the situation.

Louise Haigh also blamed the Secretary of State, saying he had "washed his hands of any responsibility" in terms of resolving the dispute.
