People have been paying to smash out their anger in a so-called "rage room" in Rome.

The soundproof rooms allow people to pay to violently smash objects.

Some therapists have raised doubts over whether rage rooms are good for mental health and suggest channelling rage through healthier paths, like mindfulness.
