Russian President Vladimir Putin has travelled to Minsk for talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, heightening fears the two countries will join forces in attacking Ukraine.

The Kremlin previously used Belarus as a launch pad for the beginning of their attack on Kyiv in February.
