Prisoner Manhunt: HMP Wandsworth had 'damning reports' - Sir Keir Starmer

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says there are a number of "damning reports" into Wandsworth prison, from which a terror suspect escaped.

Sir Keir added: "I think everybody will want to know why some of the reports of failings in Wandsworth were not acted upon more quickly.

"I think we may well find, as we found in other sectors, there's a pattern of behaviour here that isn't just confined to Wandsworth."
