PMQs: Keir Starmer asks PM if the job is 'too big for him'

Sir Keir Starmer asks Rishi Sunak if he accepts the blood on his hands over the killing of Zara Aleena following the failings in the probation system which allowed her killer to freely walk the streets.

The Labour leader also addressed Nadhim Zahawi's tax affairs asking the Prime Minister if "any politician who seeks to avoid taxes they owe in the country is not fit to be in charge" of the UK finances.
