Pakistan floods: Trapped on an island, as the water rises

Sky News' Cordelia Lynch visits a small group of people stranded in the settlement of Jan Muhammad in Sindh, surrounded by flood water up to twenty feet deep.

With food and medicines running low, one hundred people are trapped here - with water levels only continuing to rise.
