Over 8,000 Moroccans have swam to the shores of Ceuta, Spain, in the past few days looking for a new life in Europe.

The Spanish enclave of Ceuta  is located at the northern tip of Morocco, just across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain.

Many of the migrants, including children, have risked their lives by swimming beyond the Moroccan border and across the sea to a beach on the Spanish side.

Sky's Europe correspondent, Michelle Clifford, reports.
