Ottawa to propose 10-year health-care funding plan

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau plans to meet with the premiers to lay out a decade-long federal plan to fund and reform the health-care system. Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey, Prince Edward Island Premier Dennis King and Canadian Medical Association president Dr. Alika Lafontaine share their reactions to Canada's new potential health-care deal. 'It could be beneficial,' said Furey. 'The devil is in the details.'
