Premiers accept federal health-care funding proposal

Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson said premiers were 'united' in their decision to accept Ottawa's health-care funding proposal, but acknowledged there are still challenges to be addressed. 'We do recognize this is not a long-term solution to the health-care funding that is needed within our country,' she said. Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston also weighs in on the bilateral meetings with individual provinces to finalize funding agreements.
