Manitoba premier wants Ottawa to 'stop playing games' on health funding

The provinces and territories are calling on the federal government to boost its share of health-care costs from 22 per cent to 35 per cent. Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson and Federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos join Power & Politics to discuss health-care funding.
