Manitoba to ask Ottawa to remove carbon tax from province

The Manitoba government has confirmed it intends to ask Ottawa to remove the carbon tax from the province. Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew says his province doesn't need a consumer-facing carbon tax to meet net-zero emissions targets.
