Ontario doctors offer rapid access to nurse practitioners for $30 a month

Some Ontario doctors are offering their patients rapid access to appointments with a nurse practitioner seven days a week, for around $30 a month. Although this move is legal under both the federal and provincial medicare rules, it's raising concerns about two-tier health care.
