After months of tracking their luggage with AirTags and even having police investigate, a Cambridge, Ont., woman and her husband were told their items had been donated to a charity contracted by Air Canada.
The luggage was eventually returned to them months after the original trip last fall, but the couple is still left questioning why their baggage was even donated in the first place.
As Brittany Rosen reports, while it is no longer a criminal matter, legal experts are raising concerns about the airline's lost luggage practices.
