N.S. Conservatives' election win boosts Erin O'Toole's momentum

The Progressive Conservatives will form a majority government in Nova Scotia, as Tim Houston led his party to a resounding win over the Liberals, which have governed the province since 2013. The win adds 'anxious adrenaline' to the federal election campaign, boosting Erin O'Toole, says CBC's Janyce McGregor.
