During Sunday's flooding update, West Hants Mayor Abraham Zebian became emotional when talking about locating the four missing Nova Scotians amid the catastrophic flooding.

The flooding was so severe that it forced hundreds to evacuate their homes in various parts of Nova Scotia, notably around the Halifax area.

"We are going to remain optimistic," Zebian said. "We're not going to give up."

Of the four people missing amid the disaster, two are children. One missing person is an adult and the other is considered a youth.
