Former Afghan official has warning for country's new rulers: governing won't be easy and resistance will continue.
Javed Ludin who was deputy foreign minister under President Hamid Karzai says the Taliban has no experience at governing and not very interested in responding to public pressure.
Despite a looming humanitarian crisis in the country, Ludin says he's not sure the Taliban will care if other countries provide aid.
"The relationship with the West is optional."
Ludin also warned that Pakistan could ultimately pay a price for its "double dealing" from the last 20 years.
