The United Kingdom is experiencing record waiting times to use its National Health Service (NHS).
But the expansion of a so-called “virtual wards” scheme could help ease the crisis.
The "NHS at home" scheme already treats tens of thousands of elderly patients using smartphones. It is now set to include terminally ill children.
