Unsafe concrete has been found in hospitals, courts, and a shopping centre - as well as the 156 schools already identified in England.

The scale of the issue at Withybush Hospital in Pembrokeshire was uncovered back in May and now six of its 12 wards are out of bounds.

Sky's Dan Whitehead is given access to a Welsh hospital that was urgently closed after RAAC concrete was found in the building causing 'massive disruption.'
