Azeri President Ilham Aliyev said on Sunday that his country’s forces had taken Shusha, the second-largest city in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh enclave but Armenia says the fighting there is continuing.

Azeris nationwide celebrated the news, as the country had lost control of Shusha in 1992.
