Thousands of children with special educational needs or disabilities are missing out on the education they are entitled to because of huge delays in the system designed to support them.

Sky News' people and politics correspondent Nick Martin has met with 10-year-old George, his education is on hold because his needs aren’t being met.

In an exclusive interview with Sky News, Education Secretary Gillian Keegan admits government help will come too late for George.
