A survivor of a mass shooting in Illinois has called for more action on US gun violence after three children and three adults were killed at a school in Nashville. 

It comes after three children, all aged nine, and three adults were killed in the shooting by an ex-student at a school in the US city in Tennessee. 

The attack took place at The Covenant School, a private Christian school for students aged three to 11. 

Ashbey Beasley told media outside the school "aren't you guys tired of covering this?"
