There are renewed calls for accountability at Marineland after two more beluga whales died at the embattled Niagara Falls, Ont. tourist attraction.
Marineland has long been criticized for its handling of the animals in its care, with some even calling for the facility to be shut down.
Seventeen whales have died at the facility since 2019 and Ontario’s Animal Welfare Services has been investigating the attraction since 2020.
Seán O'Shea reports on the latest deaths and on the calls for the facility to be shuttered.
