भारत (#india ) आजाद कैसे होगा, कैसे अंग्रेज सत्ता का हस्तांतरण करेंगे और कैसे भारत और पाकिस्तान (#pakistan )दो मुल्कों के तौर पर दुनिया के नक्शे पर सामने आएंगे, इसे तय करने की जिम्मेदारी थी माउंटबेटन (#lordmountbatten ) की. 3 जून 1947 को माउंटबेटन ने अपना प्लान पेश किया. 4 जुलाई को ब्रिटिश संसद (#britishparliament ) में प्लान पेश किया गया और फिर 18 जुलाई 1947 को उसपर अंतिम मुहर भी लग गई. इसी प्लान में भारत की आजादी का रास्ता था. लेकिन ये रास्ता मुल्क (#indiapakistanpartition ) के बंटवारे से होकर गुजरता था, जो कतई आसान काम नहीं था. इस काम को करने के लिए तीन लोगों की एक कमिटी बनी थी. पाकिस्तान की तरफ से इस कमिटी की नुमाइंदगी कर रहे थे चौधरी मुहम्मद अली (#ChaudhryMuhammadAli) और भारत की तरफ से इस कमिटी की नुमाइंदगी मिली थी हिरू भाई मुल्जीभाई पटेल(#MuljibhaiPatel) यानी कि एचएम पटेल को. अंग्रेजों की तरफ से इस कमिटी में शामिल थे वॉल्टर जॉन क्रिस्टी (WalterJohnChristie). और इन सबके ऊपर थे लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन (Mountbatten) देखिए उस बंटवारे की पूरी कहानी.


Mountbatten was responsible for deciding how India (#india) would be free, how the British would transfer power and how India and Pakistan would appear on the world map as two countries. Mountbatten presented his plan on 3 June 1947. The plan was presented in the British Parliament on 4 July and then on 18 July 1947, it was finalized. In this plan was the way to India's independence. But this path passed through the partition of the country (#indiapakistanpartition), which was not an easy task at all. A committee of three people was formed to do this work. Chaudhary Muhammad Ali (#muhammadali ) was representing this committee on behalf of Pakistan and this committee was represented by Hiru Bhai Muljibhai Patel i.e. HM Patel from India.
